Product Description
This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M3 core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32f_performance/mm32f103xxn
- 128KB Flash, 20KB SRAM
- Two 12-bit ADCs
- Three 16-bit general-purpose timers and one 16-bit advanced timer
- Two I2C interfaces, two SPI interfaces and three UART interfaces
- One USB interface
- One CAN interface
